📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to ensure they meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to regional managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and productivity.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the FMCG distribution industry.
