📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage travel itineraries, including cruise bookings, tours, and accommodations.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and reservations using systems like Travelport or Sabre.
• Coordinate with service providers, such as hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines, to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation of travel documents, including visas, passports, and travel insurance.
• Monitor and update travel plans, making adjustments as needed to accommodate client preferences and requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the travel process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel promotions to offer competitive and attractive travel options.
• Assist in the organization and execution of group tours and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cruise sales, tour operations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using travel management software, such as Travelport, Sabre, or Amadeus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and service providers.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and insurance policies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
