📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all facilities, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and functional.
• Follow and enforce all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of facilities for events and special occasions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in facilities management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facility maintenance tools and software.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
