📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Lead initiatives in employee engagement and well-being.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to drive HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRDGA, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
