📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of restaurant sites.,Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.,Manage a team of construction workers and ensure that they are properly trained and supervised.,Inspect the quality of construction materials and ensure that they meet our standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that construction projects are completed successfully.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees and contractors.,Ensure that all construction projects comply with local laws and regulations.,Provide regular progress reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a related field.,Experience in managing construction projects in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
