📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data using software such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records using standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Support the implementation of new production technologies and best practices.
• Assist in the development and execution of production schedules and work orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent internship experience.
• Familiarity with production engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
