📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E works on construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international construction standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality and safety of M&E installations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation for M&E activities.
• Work with AutoCAD and other relevant software to create and review technical drawings.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams on M&E installation and maintenance.
• Ensure that all M&E works are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E works, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of local and international construction standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
