📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the physical and environmental conditions of the data center, including temperature, humidity, and power supply.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of critical IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect the data center from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve any issues or vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth operation of their IT services.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
• Document all activities and maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center administration or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
• Proficient in using data center management tools such as Raritan, APC, or Liebert.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
