Up Star Nusantara is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our fleet, and we are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition before and during use.,Manage and coordinate the scheduling and routing of vehicles for optimal efficiency.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with fuel policies.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and servicing records.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes and any specific instructions.,Investigate and report any accidents or incidents involving company vehicles.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics and transportation services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
