📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in local government administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian government policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Certification in Public Management or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with government software and administrative tools is a plus.
