As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverages are served to our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations including kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs.,Develop and implement food and beverage menus that are in line with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.,Manage suppliers and ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.,Ensure that all food and beverage outlets are clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Experience in managing a team in a multicultural environment is a plus.
