GLEAM Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
