In this role, you will be responsible for managing our retail operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure smooth retail operations.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop shop assistants to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment that reflects our brand image.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage inventory and order new stock as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
