📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of site infrastructure projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and technicians.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Site Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.,Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.,Certifications in safety and quality management are a plus.
