📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Oversee the preparation and distribution of products to meet customer demands.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide support to the management team in making operational decisions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations if required.
