📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including cleaning desks, restocking supplies, and ensuring a tidy workspace.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing records, and preparing materials for meetings.,Provide support to staff by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming mail.,Assist with office maintenance tasks, such as restocking office supplies and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.,Support the HR team by assisting with recruitment activities, such as preparing interview materials and coordinating schedules.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of high school education.,Familiarity with basic office administration tasks and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
