📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food production and ensure high-quality standards.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize inventory and purchasing to control costs.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
