📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the entire shipping process for import and export of biomaterials, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.,Monitor and optimize shipping routes, schedules, and costs to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.,Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all shipping activities, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and regulatory bodies.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of shipping processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the field of biopharmaceutical shipping.,Provide leadership and guidance to the shipping team, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics management, with a focus on pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical materials.,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.,Proven track record of managing shipping operations for high-value, temperature-sensitive materials.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, carriers, and regulatory bodies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
