Cardinal Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in one of Bali's beautiful locations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our team in Indonesia, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our employees. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and process payroll for our team in Indonesia, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with our HR team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports.
  • Provide payroll-related training and support to our team.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
  • Provide payroll-related support to our team in other countries, if needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
