We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scientist I to join our Advanced Process Module (APM) Dry Etch Engineering team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the development of advanced dry etch processes for semiconductor manufacturing.,Conduct research and experiments to optimize etch processes and improve yield and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new etch processes into production.,Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.,Mentor and train junior engineers and scientists in process development and optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in dry etch engineering.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality.,Represent A*STAR in industry conferences and workshops to share knowledge and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dry etch process development and semiconductor manufacturing.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proven track record of successful process development and optimization projects.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English for effective collaboration and documentation.
