In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
