📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and support requests related to logistics and supply chain operations.
• Work with AWS and VB systems to manage and optimize our supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve our services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience with AWS and VB systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Certification in AWS or VB is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations as required.
