📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
