📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive regional development and economic growth.
• Formulate and execute policy initiatives to address key challenges and opportunities in Bangka Belitung Province.
• Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring their successful completion on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and community leaders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in strategic planning and policy development.
• Represent the Government of Bangka Belitung Province at national and international forums to promote the province's strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on key policy and development issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Administration, Economics, or International Relations.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, policy development, and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives in a government or public sector setting.
• Strong understanding of the economic and social development challenges facing Bangka Belitung Province.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using strategic planning software, such as IBM SPSS, and project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Province.
