You will work closely with pilots, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze helicopter flight data using specialized software such as Flight Data Monitoring Systems (FDMS) and Flight Data Analysis Tools (FDAT).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in flight data that could impact safety and performance.
• Collaborate with pilots, engineers, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues related to flight data.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve aviation safety and performance based on flight data analysis.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on flight data findings and safety initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in aviation safety and performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in flight data monitoring and analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our flight data monitoring processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight data monitoring and analysis, preferably in the helicopter industry.
• Certification as a Flight Data Monitoring Analyst (FDMA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using flight data monitoring software such as FDMS and FDAT.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
