• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage and train a team of bartenders to maintain exceptional service levels.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
