📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patient rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using the Norax system and other advanced tools.
- Perform manual and assistive therapy techniques to aid patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercise techniques and lifestyle modifications.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Valid professional license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using the Norax system and other rehabilitation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
