📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including product launches, corporate galas, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and venue selection.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Create and distribute event materials, including invitations, promotional content, and social media posts.
• Monitor and report on event performance metrics to ensure we meet our goals and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event marketing and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and attendees throughout the event lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
