📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the microfinance portfolio in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
• Oversee the operations of field officers and loan officers, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase loan disbursement and repayment rates.
• Conduct regular visits to branches and field offices to monitor performance and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our microfinance products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on portfolio performance and business development activities.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in microfinance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance products and services, including loans, savings, and insurance.
• Proven experience in managing and growing a microfinance portfolio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
