📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize dental equipment and tools.
- Manage patient records and documentation.
- Provide pre and post-procedure care to patients.
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain high standards of dental hygiene and infection control.
- Support the dentist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Assist in the organization and scheduling of dental appointments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of dental hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or EasyDent.
- Ability to lift and move patients as required.
- Valid SIO (Sertifikat Instruktur Operasi) certification is a plus.
