📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
- Manage the consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries and entities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial control and consolidation
- Proven experience with SAP or Oracle Financialis
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
