Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Projects & Facilities Manager or Assistant Manager to join our luxury resort development team in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of resort facilities and amenities.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Ensure that all resort facilities meet international standards and regulations.,Monitor and maintain the quality and functionality of resort facilities throughout their lifecycle.,Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Manage a team of facility managers and support staff to deliver exceptional service.,Collaborate with the resort's marketing and sales teams to ensure that facility offerings align with guest expectations and market trends.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in resort facilities management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and facilities management in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of international standards and regulations related to resort facilities.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale resort development projects.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.
